About the role: This open position is for students of the Youth Skills Training Program! Must be 18 years old at the time of hire Are you interested in part-time work during the school year? Do you want to learn useful hands-on skills around manufacturing? Now is the time to get your application submitted to be considered for this program. Machine operators are critical to our success and one of the most important positions here at Lexington. We will have a set schedule Monday - Thursday, that works with your school schedule, and this will be a temporary, part-time position. The pay for this amazing opportunity is $19 an hour! During your training you will learn about setting up and operating automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery. Some of the aspects that will be highlighted will be handling, inspecting, and packaging raw and finished wood parts. On a daily basis, you will use computerized equipment and communicate regularly with other team members. This is a great role for many types of people whether you like to work in a team or work alone. Job Requirements: You MUST be at least 18 years old, as of your hire date, in order to apply!
