Pay: $16.50/hr 1st Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday Requirements: To excel in this role, a minimum high school diploma is required, with a preferred degree. A minimum of two years of customer service experience is also necessary, and proficiency in Microsoft systems is essential. You will consistently provide high client service while communicating with plan sponsors and financial professionals to address all client service issues, offering necessary research, problem-solving, and resolution support. Proactive calls will also be part of your responsibilities, documenting all verbal and written communications and achieving service-level goals established for the Mass Amendment Client Service project.
