Description

We are searching for an experienced and highly organized HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a broad range of human resources duties, payroll operations, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage bi-weekly payroll and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee timesheets.

  • Oversee all employee benefits and ensure these are maintained effectively.

  • Execute all human resources functions including but not limited to employee onboarding, orientation.

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive employee personnel files.

  • Act as a liaison for internal communication between various departments.

  • Carry out office and administrative tasks that aid in the smooth running of the company.

  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices for state grants.

  • Provide robust support for both internal and external parties to foster strong relationships.

  • Perform additional duties or undertake special projects as assigned by management.

Ideal candidates should possess excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle confidential information discretely and professionally.

The ideal candidate has to also be independent and proactive in their HR related tasks, not afraid to step up and handle what is asked of them.

Will be responsible for orientation, onboarding, conflict resolution, hiring, terminating, payroll, etc.

Requirements

  • Perform all functions of Human Resources such as onboarding, orientation, etc.

  • Maintain employee personnel files.

  • Field interdepartmental communication.

  • Perform office and administrative tasks for the company.

  • Submit monthly invoices for state grants.

  • Provide support for both internal and external parties.

  • Other duties/projects as assigned.

  • Software: Converting from Paypal to Netsuite

  • Have to be independent and understand how to handle all HR related tasks

  • Looking for a proactive candidate who's not afraid to step up.
