In our time of Company growth, we seek an Electronic Health Records (EHR) Trainer.

Work Location(s): Bradenton, FL. This is an on-site position only.

The Electronic Health Record (EHR) Trainer is responsible for the daily tasks assigned in relation to the operations related to the Electronic Health Records (EHR). They will be accountable for training and providing support to EHR end users as assigned. They will interact with other members of the EHR Team and other departments to ensure the training needs are met.

As part of this role, you will:

• Provide EHR training and support to our new employees
• Develop training materials and coordinate the training schedule
• Serve as the go-to person for EHR/EMR questions and reporting needs

What you need to bring to this role:

• Education must be one of the following:
  • Active Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, LPN, or RN with 2+ years' experience working clinically
• 2+ years' experience as an EHR end-user required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office required
• 1+ years' experience within/formal training and support preferred
• 1+ years' administrative experience in a clinical setting preferred
• FQHC experience preferred
• Experience with Athena Health and/or NextGen EHR/EMR a plus
• Valid driver's license required
• Ability to move between sites as needed (with mileage reimbursement)
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Tech savviness and comfortable with technology
• Polished in both personal appearance and interactions
• Must be flexible, resourceful, and able to troubleshoot
