Position: Learning Coordinator Specialist

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday

Payrate: $29.00/hour to $35.00/hour dependent upon experience

Devereux/TCV Community Services is Hiring for a Learning Coordinator/Specialist in Braddock, PA

Located in Braddock, PA , Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health/TCV Community Services provides programs and services for adults and children with mental health and developmental disabilities.

As a Learning Coordinator/Specialist, you will present orientation and training to new hires, deploy recertification training, and assist with the development and roll out of new training in accordance with Devereux Corporate/TCV Community Services, or other statute, regulating and/or contractual obligations. Methods of facilitation include in-person presentations, video conferencing and eLearning. The individual working in this role must be able to demonstrate leadership and be able to effectively direct individual/group activities, coordinate, facilitate, monitor, evaluate, and record training activities using a learning management system as well as assist in creating and developing training materials

Qualifications

Qualifications (must): All Pre-Employment Requirements are paid for by Devereux/TCV

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in development, education, training, or related field.

• Valid driver's license & 3 years of a clean driving record.

• Agree to a PA state criminal history, child abuse record and FBI Clearance.

• Agree to a pre-employment drug screening

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a behavioral healthcare setting and adult learners. Experience in Training & development, preferably in health care or social services setting. Instructor's certification in First Aid, CPR, and Crisis Prevention/Intervention preferred. Experience with learning management systems and data collection/analyzing platforms ( MyAvatar, and/or other internal and external software applications pertinent to the position) preferred.
