HVAC/R Service TechnicianA leading Montana HVAC company with a 47-year history of excellence is looking for an HVAC/R Service Technician to join their dynamic team. This role requires a mechanical background, the ability to troubleshoot and excellent customer service skills.Essential Job Responsibilities:-Perform assigned HVAC/R maintenance and troubleshooting tasks safety in commercial and industrial settings-Service, diagnose and troubleshoot various types of split systems, packaged rooftop, and chillers-Utilize electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills-Perform preventative maintenance and repair of commercial HVAC/R equipment as needed-Complete required electronic documentation daily on a handheld device-Work independently to complete assigned tasks within an allotted timeframe-Operate company vehicle to complete service calls in a specified territoryWhy you want this position:-Wage: $40 - $60 / hour DOE-Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.-Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance-Holiday and Vacation pay-401(k) and company paid Employee Assistance Program-Training and development programs-Vehicle discount purchase programQualifications:-Five years of experience preferred-Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record-Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screening-Ability to become EPA certified-Analytical and problem-solving skills-Communication and customer service skills-Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.-Able to work in variable weather conditions
