United Concrete of Montana, LLC. in Bozeman, MT, seeks 10 Concrete Former and Finishers for temporary, full-time employment (04/01/2025 to 12/19/2025). Duties: Perform a variety physical and manual labor to prepare concrete foundations, walls, and other structures for residential or commercial sites, such as moving, placing, and aligning forming molds that hold concrete to the desired pitch/depth specified by supervisors, carrying heavy forms into place in and out of foundation area, place concrete blankets over molds during certain temperatures. Operate a variety of hand and power tools, heavy machinery or equipment, including rake, shovel, trowel, wire brush, screed, hammers, power drills, saws, compactor, chisels, and power grinders. Construct and prepare forms for concrete to be poured into place. Maintain a clean jobsite and secure the jobsite each day to help eliminate potential hazards. Dig trenches, set braces to support the form structures, erect, move and take down scaffolding, and remove waste materials. Assist other skilled craftsmen, pump operators, and/or drivers, as needed. Does not conduct concrete finishing duties. Work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.May perform other job duties pursuant to 47-2061, Construction Laborer.35-40 hours/week, 0-10 OT hours/week (OT may be available but not guaranteed); 8-hour shifts; 7:00 am to 4:00 pm; 5 days/week (Mon-Fri); Schedule variesNo formal education, training or experience required. On-the-job training will be provided.$23.93/hr; O/T $35.90/hr. Workers will be paid no less than the wage listed. Employer may pay higher wage rates to workers based on seniority with employer and level of skill. Overtime hours may vary.The H-2B Temporary Concrete Former and Finishers will perform job duties at the following locations owned by United Concrete of Montana, LLC. : 8244 Huffine Lane, Bozeman, MT 59718 and 36 Center Lane, Suite 2, Big Sky, MT 59716 and at multiple worksites within the area of intended employment, including the following counties: Gallatin and Madison (Montana).Employer will provide daily transportation from the worksite staging area at 8244 Huffine Lane Bozeman, MT 59718 to and from worksites, or employee may report directly to the worksite on their own. Employees who provide their own transportation will be reimbursed $1.50 per hour worked.Employer assurances pursuant to 20 CFR 655.20: •Single work week used in computing wages due.•Wages paid bi-weekly.•Work tools, supplies & equipment provided without cost to employee.•Workers have the option of employer-provided housing at no cost. Workers also have the option of securing their own lodging.Workers have the option of employer-provided housing at no cost. Workers also have the option of securing their own lodging.•Employer will make all deductions from the worker’s paycheck required by law and any non-legally required payroll deductions permitted under the law and requested by Employee.•Employer will arrange & pay directly for transportation & subsistence from place of recruitment to place of work. Employer will issue reimbursement within the first workweek when required to meet FLSA minimum wage obligations. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, if the worker has no immediately subsequent H-2B employment, the employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation & subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical & reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.•Employer will reimburse worker in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing & related fees, incl. those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).•The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.This position is being posted in connection with a future application for H-2B workers.Application Process: Contact the nearest office of Montana Department of Labor and Industry Workforce Services Division, 121 N.
