Our client is seeking a Part-Time Houseman in Boynton Beach, Florida. The houseman will be responsible for interior housekeeping of the 3,500sf home, maintaining exterior of the home (pool, deck, windows, etc.). The Houseman will report to the principal of the home who lives alone.  

Requirements:  

• 5+ years of similar experience with one family  

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record 

• Excellent, verifiable references 

Schedule: Monday & Friday (16 hrs per week) 

Salary: $30 to $35 per hour through payroll
