The Deputy Program Manager will assist the Program Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the contract and will have full authority to act on behalf of the Program Manager in their absence. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in program management or related roles. A Top Secret security clearance is mandatory. Functional Responsibilities Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the contract. Act as the primary point of contact in the absence of the Program Manager. Coordinate and communicate with the Program Manager, Contracting Officer (KO), and other Government representatives. Support the leadership and direction of the contract team, ensuring efficient and effective performance. Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to meet contract requirements and objectives. Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and submit reports, briefings, and other documentation as required by the contract. Ensure all team members are trained and adhere to security protocols and procedures. Manage program resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful contract performance. Facilitate meetings and coordinate schedules for stakeholders and team members. Ensure timely and accurate communication with all stakeholders. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all contract activities. Provide support in resolving issues and making decisions related to contract performance. Represent the program in meetings, working groups, and committees as required.Qualifications Minimum Experience Requirements A minimum of five (5) years of experience in program management or related roles. Demonstrated experience in supporting the management of contract teams. Proven ability to act with authority on behalf of the Program Manager for all contract matters. Experience in coordinating and c mmunicating with Government representatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
