Aerotek Maintenance Technician - 38-40 - Direct Hire in Bowling Green, Ohio

Industrial Maintenance | Start $38-40/hr

Job Description

Candidates will be responsible for maintenance on hydraulic presses, Fanuc robots, various assembly machines, conveyor lines, and air handling equipment.

Shift/Pay/Additional Information:

  • 2nd Shift: 2PM - 10 PM

  • $1 shift differential

  • 3rd Shift: 10PM - 6AM

  • 0.35/hr. shift differential

  • Direct Hire position

  • Set pay increases with union - Increase Sept 2025: $40.35 AND Increase Sept 2026: $42.37

  • Vacation time - 2 - 7 Weeks of PTO

  • Tool allowance of $400/yr

  • Tool reimbursement program

  • Deductions for benefits per weekly paycheck are $40-$60 depending on options taken.

  • Yearly safety shoe allowance. Prescription safety glasses are free.
