Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Collections Specialist in BOWLING GREEN, Ohio. The chosen candidate will join our team, working in a high-paced environment, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining and scanning invoice, debit and credit records, and resolving collections.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer credit applications

• Maintain and scan invoice, debit and credit records

• Resolve collections in a timely and efficient manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Work in a high-paced environment requiring attention to detail

• Use Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, Microsoft Excel for various billing functions and collection processes

• Deliver high-quality customer service

• Utilize skills in credit and collection processes to ensure a smooth workflow.

This role requires excellent data entry and customer service skills. Knowledge in Accounting Software Systems, Accurint, Great Plains (GPAC), IBM AS/400, Microsoft Excel, Billing Functions, Collection Processes, and Customer Service is crucial for this role. Requirements • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with Accurint

• Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is required

• Knowledge of IBM AS/400 is necessary

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to handle Billing Functions

• Understanding of Collection Processes

• Previous experience as a Collector

• Familiarity with Credit processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills
