REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/10/2025-10/28/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 8 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires Drivers requirements.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Employees will plant and harvest the cucumbers. They will need to operate a cucumber harvester, tractors, dump cart and other farm equipment. Employees will also have to move equipment as necessary between fields. After all the cucumbers are harvested, they will need to be hauled to the shed for sorting. Employees will assist with sorting and all aspects of cucumber farming as required. Must be able to drive a fork truck. Complete routine maintenance and infield repairs on equipment. Put together the grading shed equipment. This includes installing belts and conveyors, cleaning and testing the cooling systems, prepping the trailers and yard equipment. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer's discretion. May provide pay increases for longevity and experience.
