About the Role
Essity North America is looking for an experienced Technical Article Manager (TAM) who is responsible for coordinating and securing a competitive, relevant, and cost-effective product portfolio and to bring it to market through our extensive market channels. All in line with the overall strategy of the business.The TAM is the article owner for a specific product area with regional or global responsibility and is thereby essential for business growth and profitability. The main task is to deliver according to product strategy and business plan, and through Innovation and activity roadmap secure delivery of new products. You are also responsible for supporting the growth of the business through securing product quality, leading material changes and driving market requests.

What You Will Do:
Drive, coordinate, and implement a competitive assortment meeting market needs and business demands while securing manufacturability, reducing complexity and driving cost/quality optimizations.
Securing a close link to the markets to understand and align North America (NA) demands across the assortment
Secure strong link to GBIS (e.g. R&D and Innovation teams), by active participation and continuously providing input to innovation projects regarding assortment as well as ongoing quality improvements and material rationalizations
Responsible for specifications of articles produced and/or sold in NA, including compliance with legal and regulatory demands
Review complaints and drive quality improvement activities
Lead material change activities in close collaboration with manufacturing, sourcing, markets and other relevant functions
Be the owner of the technical file and relevant product information file related to the designated assortment assure update of relevant documentation, environmental fact sheets, and PLM data
Responsible for providing relevant information on article changes and technical support to markets, factories and GPM internally (GD and Pack)
Who You Are:
Bachelors Degree required.
5 years of experience
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Knowledgeable in regulatory compliance and patent clearance.
Experienced in managing technical data and documentation.
Proactive in driving optimization and improvement initiatives.
Excellent communicator with the ability to provide technical support and information.
Capable of handling complaints and resolving issues effectively.
