Responsibilities

  • You will handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, providing an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

  • We require you to monitor inventory levels closely, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment while minimizing waste.

  • You shall conduct regular staff training sessions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.

  • We expect you to collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to create seamless service transitions between different areas of the restaurant.

  • You will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the establishment.

  • We need you to contribute to sales and marketing initiatives by implementing promotional activities designed to attract and retain guests.

Requirements
