Responsibilities

  • You shall clean and sanitize guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests.

  • We expect you to replenish room amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar items promptly and accurately.

  • You will inspect each room for maintenance issues, reporting any problems to our maintenance team to ensure timely resolution.

  • We expect you to follow safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment, prioritizing a safe working environment for everyone.

  • You shall make beds with fresh linens, adjusting them neatly to create a comfortable space for our guests.

  • We expect you to respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, enhancing their stay experience.

  • You will maintain your housekeeping cart and storage areas in an organized condition, ensuring quick access to needed supplies.

  • We expect you to collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently, contributing positively to our team's success.

Requirements

  • You will clean and service guest rooms efficiently, ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests.

  • We expect you to restock room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and other amenities consistently.

  • You should operate cleaning equipment safely and maintain it in good working condition.

  • It is essential that you promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.

  • You must follow established procedures for handling lost and found items discovered during your duties.

  • Your role includes maintaining security of guest rooms by following proper key control procedures.

  • We require you to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
