YOUR ROLE

The Head of Production Cell Leader is tasked with creating and executing strategies to elevate the cell to world-class performance standards. They must also build a team with the authority and agility to make swift decisions. Additionally, they will develop engaging people models that inspire enthusiasm for producing high-quality laundry and home care products safely.

  • Create plans to implement continuous improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency initiatives as well as lead a team to execute on plans

  • Working closely with a cross functional team to identify opportunities for development

  • Implement and monitor Henkel's TPM program

  • Developing and mentoring a team of capable leaders ready to thrive and grow within the organization

YOUR SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required – preference is chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. Master’s degree, preferred.

  • 7 - 10 years of strategic and tactical leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in CPG or related industry.

  • Must have experience leading manufacturing production teams, preferably in a multinational company.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive team productivity and maintain high levels of employee engagement and morale.

  • Highly developed understanding of TPM methodologies and implementation to drive continuous improvement.

  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational performance via strong leadership and change management skills.

The salary for this role is $138900.00 - $219500.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
