Graduate Engineer
Job Summary:
Follow established engineering principles to determine the sequence of steps or processes required to fabricate and assemble products that meet the organizations standards of quality and cost.
Job Description:
Develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
Develop and improve technical mastery skills in different areas, the content is determined by the Manufacturing Academy
Work on Process Control and TPM
Network with other graduate engineers and build a network in the company
Support experienced roles in daily tasks
Drive projects to support product supply improvements and deliverables
Monitor production processes and work methods; and collect, compile, and analyze production data to identify opportunities to improve production processes
EDUCATION:
BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar engineering field.
EXPERIENCE:
Interpersonal and communication skills
Good skills in using Excel, Word, Power Point and MS Project
Basic experience in CAD (Auto Cad, SolidWorks)
