About the Role
Essity Health and Medical Solutions is looking for a Graduate Engineer to apply established engineering principles in determining the sequence of steps or processes necessary to fabricate and assemble products that adhere to the organizations quality and cost standards.
The ideal candidate should live in the Bowling Green, KY area.

What You Will Do:
Develop production skills: Learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
Enhance technical mastery: Improve skills in various areas as determined by the Manufacturing Academy.
Focus on Process Control and TPM: Work on these key areas to ensure efficient production.
Network with peers: Connect with other graduate engineers and build a professional network within the company.
Support experienced roles: Assist in daily tasks to gain practical experience.
Drive improvement projects: Lead initiatives to enhance product supply processes and deliverables.
Monitor and analyze production: Observe production processes, collect and compile data, and analyze it to identify opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are:
BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a similar engineering field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Basic experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
