Adecco Permanent Placement has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Bowling Green, KY area to find Controls Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the development and implementation of control system improvements.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and automation issues.

• Collaborate with Electrical and Automation Teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring project alignment.

• Optimize system functionality with expertise in PLC programming, HMI improvements, and robotic operations.

• Participate in engineering projects and controls programming initiatives.

• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce costs, increase capacity, and improve processes.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including shop drawings, operating manuals, training materials, equipment reports, and employee assessments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in engineering and industrial process automation.

• Proven knowledge of PLC programming languages and a strong understanding of HMI development principles.

Our client Offers:

• Base Salary in the 90k-110k range (based on experience)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
