Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our machinery manufacturing team located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. This role offers a temp with potential to go perm opportunity where you will be tasked with managing and processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high volume full cycle Accounts Payable operations

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain precise records of customer credit details

• Act as the point of contact for vendors, resolving any discrepancies that may arise

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tech tools for various tasks

• Implement skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, and Invoice Processing

• Use Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage and process data

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Show proficiency in Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data

• Assist in other account payable duties as required.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar role within the Machinery Manufacturing industry.

• Proficient in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, and Invoice Processing.

• Experience with Data Entry is required.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Experience with Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP is highly desirable.

• Must possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Must have a high degree of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload effectively.
