The Role

Join the Kyndryl OCM Revolution - Shape the Future of Change! Kyndryl is seeking passionate and driven OCM Consultants to join our team as we revolutionize how organizations embrace change. We're not just implementing change; we're pioneering a new era of data-driven, agile, and human-centered OCM. As an OCM Consultant, you'll play a critical role in helping clients navigate complex transformations. You'll develop and implement data-driven change management strategies, leverage agile methodologies, and utilize AI-powered tools to personalize the change experience and predict potential roadblocks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide clients through complex organizational change, and contribute to the growth of our global OCM practice by developing and implementing innovative change management strategies that drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and develop tailored communication plans.

  • Design and develop tailored communication artifacts.

  • Design and deliver client-specific training programs.

  • Track and analyze OCM metrics to measure the success of client initiatives.

  • Collaborate with client project teams to ensure smooth change implementation.

  • Support the development of OCM proposals and presentations for new client opportunities.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal OCM tools, templates, and methodologies.

  • Contribute to the ongoing maturation of OCM practices within the organization.

  • Support internal change initiatives, such as new system implementations or organizational restructuring.

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of OCM best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, psychology, communications).

  • 1-3 years of experience in OCM or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Seeks and incorporates feedback regularly.

  • Experience with project management methodologies.

  • Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).

  • Consulting experience

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $107,400 to $204,000 based on a full-time schedule.

Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $118,200 to $244,920

Colorado: $107,400 to $204,000

New York City: $128,880 to $244,920

Washington: $118,200 to $224,520

Washington DC:$118,200 to $224,520

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
