The Support Technician is responsible for all operational aspects of support functions. Effective interpersonal skills matched to strong technical skills are key to this position. This role serves as an on-site technician, working closely with our Executive users, Business Apps, Network, Server, and Information Security. While this role will primarily support our Boulder, Colorado operations, a Support Technician will also provide assistance to our associates working remotely and globally.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

• Installation, configuration, troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software platforms via phone, web and in-person channels. This includes desktops, laptops, printers, thermal label printers, lab equipment, cameras and more.

• Configure and maintain laptops and desktops imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware/software troubleshooting, including Microsoft Apps.

• Create and maintain effective documentation for both users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently across the business.

  The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or higher with a minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment.

• Experience within Apple and Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: JAMF, Active Directory, Win10, MS Apps, etc.

  It would be a plus if you also possess:

• CompTIA A+ or comparable certification

• Experience supporting hardware beyond standard office equipment.

  Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs.

The hourly range for this role is $26.50 - $33.65 USD . This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
