Sr Core Services Product Manager
You will define, create, launch, deliver and manage Service products and solutions for ultrasound customers. You will create superior customer value through a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria. Ultimately this value will contribute towards delivering the best patient care globally while providing outstanding delivery towards customer needs.
Your role:
Drives definition, development, introduction and maintenance of service products & solutions in line with the portfolio marketing strategy and resources, to get the optimal offers for our customers.
Is accountable for value proposition development based on customer insights, including health economics; develops claims (customer promises) roadmaps for portfolio, product, lifecycle and professional services; and is responsible for building, monitoring, and realization of business cases based on customer feedback, trends and sales performance.
Is responsible for pricing (price setting in collaboration and alignment with pricing team) and margin optimization of products and solutions; contributes to the channel strategy for the assigned portfolio; and is accountable for compliance with quality & regulatory requirements.
Responsible for lifecycle management (including phase-in and phase-out) and market readiness and ensures completion of appropriate deliverables and knowledge transfer (feature descriptions, value propositions, costing/pricing/quoting/marketing materials, etc.)
Collects, administrates and utilizes customer, segment and market insights for decision making; provides input to wider team and stakeholders on industry and competitive trends; as well as utilizing subject matter expertise towards the development of customer and sales education materials.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in Medical (preferably Ultrasound) and/or Technology industries, creating and managing a product or portfolio of products through product marketing, pricing or business development role. Experience within Philips is a plus, as well as marketing or sales domain of technology, healthcare or medtech products or solutions.
Your skills include strong customer focus, preferably in a B2B and Service environment, proven analytical skills effectively processing (data) insights into business cases and marketing materials, ability to collaborate effectively in a global team setting with stakeholders located in, and representing cultures from around the world.
You have repeatedly demonstrated a high attention to detail and process – particularly in service/product development and catalog management.
You have a Master’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Business or related field OR BS degree with appropriate work experience.
You must be able to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .
You’re an experienced Marketer including market insights generation and administration, value proposition generation, pricing and communications; knowledge of Philips’ functional areas, business strategy, and company goals is a plus. Also have the willingness to travel up to 20%

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA and Bothell, WAis $122,000 to $209,000, annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
