Job Description

A subset of the billing team at this large utility client is seeking a PM to join their team. This company is seeking a new budgeting forecasting tool for implementation in 2027 and they need someone to help project manage the RFP for this proposed tool. This person will be managing scope, schedule, creating demos, onboarding SSRI, and will be a part of implementation. They will also be a part of the financial planning process so a technical understanding of financial systems is key for success

Skills and Requirements

· Strong project management experience including:

   o Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery

   o Define project scope, goals, and deliverables

   o Develop and maintain project charter

   o Establish project governance structure

   o Manage stakeholder expectations and communications

 · Technical understanding of financial systems and expertise in implementation of those systems

 · Experience managing an RFP of a financial system from end to end

 · Budgeting and planning software knowledge

 · Risk and change management experience
