Job Title: Technical Program Manager

Job location: Andover, MA (onsite)

Job description:

Join Capgemini as a Technical Program Manager and lead our engineering projects with outstanding efficiency. You will not just coordinate, but also empower and mentor teams, bringing to bear your technical expertise to overcome challenges and drive detailed execution.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with clients, Capgemini GECs, and team members at client sites to ensure smooth project execution

  • Communicate development strategies and plans to Capgemini and client management

  • Monitor project health and quality through JIRA, implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Report project status to Capgemini and client management teams during weekly and quarterly reviews

  • Lead and coordinate teams across multiple client sites and offshore, ensuring successful implementation of project goals

  • Participate in software development planning, design, documentation, implementation, testing and maintenance activities

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in STEM

  • 10 years of strong experience in software development technologies including AWS Cloud, React Redux, C#, .NET Core, and Python

  • 5 years of Technical Program Management experience to support and empower teams with technical skills and ready to engage in technology-related tasks as needed

  • Ability to understand and address technical challenges, dependencies, and risks

  • Expertise in project management tools like JIRA

  • Shown experience in Agile environments and full software life cycle

  • Experience in collaborating across different teams: across various client and Capgemini teams at multiple locations including offshore

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Full software life cycle experience in the medical domain is a plus
