TRIO is looking for a Senior Clinical Outsourcing Unit Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Global Coordinator, COU, this position will be Remote.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain Clinical Outsourcing procedures, trackers, and budget tools

• Identify, select, engage, and oversee Third Party Organization contracts

• Negotiate Master Services Agreements and budget grids

• Oversee budgets, including monthly reviews, forecasts, reconciliations, and change orders

• Identify and escalate out-of-scope activities for Sponsor Change Orders

• Train Operations on budget control processes

• Support Clinical Outsourcing Unit (COU) Managers

• Assist in developing budget proposals under COU Global Coordinator supervision

• Ensure timelines and quality standards are met through effective communication with all parties

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or Life Science) is preferred

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a clinical trial environment, with at least 2 years in an international setting

• Expertise in contract and budget negotiation

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness

• High proficiency in MS Office Excel

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country

  Pay Range: $100,000.00 to $134,000.00 - Salary to be influenced (or determined) by the education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
