American Tower Senior Analyst HR Systems in Boston, Massachusetts

The Team

We are seeking a Senior HR Systems Analyst to join American Tower’s Human Resources (HR) organization. Reporting to the Senior Manager, HR Projects, you will work with HR colleagues around the world on the utilization, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and redesign efforts. Day-to-day you will serve as the technical lead in the development, delivery, and enhancements of HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to HR and Executive Management. You will work within Oracle systems including the following modules, Fusion HR Core, Fusion HR Benefits Fusion Recruiting, Fusion Workforce Compensation as well as reporting solutions using OTBI, and OBI publisher and more.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree and six years of business analyst experience preferred.

  • Experience working within Fusion HCM or another HR Information System strongly preferred.

  • Strong analytic ability and advanced skills with analytic tools (e.g., Excel, SQL queries, Fusion HCM reporting, OTBI and OBIPublisher, Microsoft Excel Power BI or Tableau).

  • Strategic mindset to align data capabilities with business objectives.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including customer service skills. Ability to bridge communication between technical areas and business areas for a full and complete understanding of expectations.

  • Ability to multi-task, work in a team environment and interact with all levels of the organization and easily adapts to new and changing situations.

  • Ability to critically analyze data and provide insights to results.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage ongoing projects simultaneously, take initiative, and follow through to achieve results.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting cross-functional groups through complex, interdependent processes toward a common goal.

  • Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What You Can Offer Us

  • Gather requirements from internal clients and provide business and technical expertise to the HR teams in major areas, i.e., HR Core, Recruitment and Onboarding, Benefits and Compensation.

  • Partner with HR Technology team and HR business leads to identify requirements and develop reporting and analytics to meet global business needs.

  • Identify, test, and implement automation opportunities within the HR organization to gain efficiencies.

  • Prepare reports and dashboards for HR leadership, summarizing key findings, trends. opportunities for improvement and areas of risk.

  • Provide functional knowledge to identify key HR business needs through analysis, development and implementation of business process and applications.

  • Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

  • Provide training and support to HR teams globally on Oracle HCM including functionality, enhancements, and reporting capabilities.

  • Assess HR workflows throughout the system, documenting procedural changes for user training.

  • Analyze HR technology skill gaps, conducting training that prepares end-users to meet their business objectives for new and existing systems.

  • Maintain HR business systems, for assigned functional areas, ensuring continued operation through testing and enhancements.

  • Work with internal and external vendors to resolve system problems as necessary.

  • Stay current on system changes and upgrades.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
