Randstad is partnering with a global company to fill a position supporting their change management and process improvement in the HR space. The ideal candidate will be skilled at improving efficiency, problem solving, and simplifying complex issues. This role requires experience in process improvement and change management within the human resources space. Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Kaizen is required.
salary: $40 - $50 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
-Lead the development and management of HR processes.
-Find ways to make HR processes better and more efficient.
-Create new solutions to fix problems in HR workflows.
-Work with teams from different areas to review processes and find solutions.
-Make sure changes to processes improve how employees feel and work.
-Implement new processes globally, using the best methods.
-Work with the Change Enablement Team to test and teach new processes.
-Keep improving HR by checking processes and getting feedback.
-Use data to decide on changes and see how they affect work.
-Teach teams about new processes and help them use them.
