Job Description
Are you passionate about the cloud? Do you enjoy working directly with external customers and partnering on new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) deployments? The OCI Specialized Cloud Program team plays a pivotal role in delivering large-scale cross-organization projects that span engineering, product, and business teams. As a Principal Program Manager, you will align priorities with cross-functional stakeholders, establish project governance standards, and drive the end-to-end execution of complex projects. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and able to thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving new projects and programs, managing stakeholder relationships to ensure critical business initiatives are fully supported. You will need to gather requirements in partnership with our internal customers, develop execution plans, and drive implementation of both strategic and tactical initiatives. Day-to-day you can expect the following:
Own team rhythm of business program, including coordinating, driving logistics and tactical implementation
Translate ambiguous technical and operational problems into clear objectives
Influence cross-functional stakeholders, and obtain buy-in on project requirements, objectives, and strategy
Develop detailed project plans, taking large complex initiatives and breaking them down into management tasks and deliverables.
Leveraging our change management toolkits to support and change adoption required by projects or initiatives, driving all aspects of project execution from design to launch
Track and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, recommend process improvements and serve as an escalation point for issues and questions
Establish project and program standards and governance across the team
Report project status, actions, risks, and blockers to stakeholders
Communicate crisply and concisely with executive leadership
Solve high-impact problems and quickly responding to changing business demands

US: Hiring Range: from $87,800 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
