Picture Yourself at Pega:

Pega is looking for a self-motivated, proactive, and driven Partner Delivery Excellence Manager to support a set of system integrator partner relationships in the Americas. You will work with the Partner Manager to understand the partner plan for the regional/industry/accounts and engage with the partners in the region to assure that they possess the skills required to support partner delivery success.

What You'll Do at Pega:

​​​The PDEM engages with their partners ahead of project delivery to ensure project team capability. He or she integrates Pega delivery best practices into partner’s methodology to improve delivery outcomes and help the partner best leverage Pega technology. The PDEM also ensures that partner resources are current in their skills and able to consistently leverage Pega’s prescriptive delivery approaches when the Partner leads projects with Pega technology. ​This individual influences Pega’s enablement content creation agenda by providing feedback from partners and their own observations regarding gaps in the technical training curriculum and documentation.

  • ​Work with partner delivery teams to assess project delivery readiness, understand project risks and develop enablement and mitigation plans to address any gaps

  • ​Onboard and manage practice development relationships with regional and boutique partners.

  • ​Develop and execute global partner enablement programs

  • ​Collaborate with delivery leaders at a project level to coordinate just in time support for partner teams

  • ​Influence the development of technical training materials to create partner required content

  • ​Work with sales, consulting and alliance teams to understand partner capacity requirements across regions and industries

  • ​Align Pega and partner delivery methodologies to drive delivery success and customer satisfaction

  • ​Act as a conduit to improve partner access to technical enablement resources

  • ​Promote visibility into partner capabilities across Pega stakeholders

  • ​Manage a project summary dashboard for all projects involving Pega technology​

Who You Are:

You are an intelligent, motivated, and collaborative individual with an understanding of software delivery methodologies and experience working with system integrators and consulting partners.  You have exceptional communication skills and a strong executive presence. You have familiarity with and a passion for enablement and learning. You are results-driven, an excellent presenter and a collaborative team player, willing to roll up your sleeves to get work done. ​

What You've Accomplished:

You have demonstrated your ability to lead or support software implementation projects either as a practice manager, program lead or partner engagement manager. You have worked with or for system integrators or consulting partners.

  • BA/BS or higher degree with12+ years professional experience with a mix of alliances /delivery background

  • Excellent written and verbal skills and presentation skills to leadership, sales, and technical audiences.

  • Executive level presence and communication skills.

  • CSA certification within 6 months of joining Pega
