PER Positions are currently eligible for a Sign-on Bonus of $2,000 for full time positions (prorated for part-time positions)

The Patient Experience Representative will be responsible for:

· Administrative:

o Providing direct administrative support to several Pediatric Cardiologists within BCH's Division of Ambulatory Cardiology

+ + Providing cross-coverage for other support staff within the department and division

· Patient Encounter Management:

o Providing positive and effective customer service that supports unit operations.

+ + May assist with coordinating patient family meetings and scheduling patients visits.

• Supporting the patient encounter/admission.

• Collaborating with referring providers and practices.

· Process Improvement:

o Actively contributing to departmental and organizational initiatives & projects with a focus on continuous process improvement.

+ + Assisting in implementing change in internal systems and procedures.

To qualify, you must have:

• High School Diploma / GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Previous customer service and/or administrative experience preferred.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.

• Ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies.
