Support seasoned attorneys by managing litigation tasks, including preparing legal documents, maintaining case files, and coordinating court filings and vendor communication. Handle administrative duties like calendar management, mail processing, and client interaction with professionalism and confidentiality. Assist in trial preparation, conduct legal research, and ensure compliance with Massachusetts court rules.

• 5+ years of litigation experience (Massachusetts Courts)

• Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Acrobat

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Rule 9A motion experience preferred
