Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Juniper networks, Tier 2 networking experience, and be able to promptly respond to customer requests for product support, and work with the NOC and Service Desk Team. This role involves providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our clients network infrastructure. This role is dedicated 100% to the client which means it will require travel along the Massachusetts state to support various client locations. This role can work remotely when client onsite work is not requested. However, this role requires the ability to work on an on-call shift rotation with bonuses. This role is offering a base salary of 85-110k + on call bonuses.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong specific platform knowledge with Juniper

• Tier 2 Networking experience including troubleshooting, network maintenance, and client support

• Ability to obtain CJIS Certificate

• Troubleshoots and supports 3rd party software and applications - Palo Alto null
