It is essential that the candidate has an aptitude to get things done and can work well both in a team environment and independently. Applicants should have a dynamic vision, an eye for detail, a love of creating content, and creating a quality journey for our current and future employees.

The employment brand strategist-recruitment marketing manager will partner closely with counterparts in Marketing, including Corporate Communications, Design, Digital Marketing, Talent Acquisition and Recruiting, and other HR areas, like Diversity & Belonging and Learning and Development, to ensure a consistent and holistic approach.

  • Maintain our brand presence, including consistent messaging and imagery, on external recruiting sites, as well as our own career websites and job descriptions.

  • Work with local partner organizations to enhance our presence in key hiring markets, globally.

  • Collaborate with HR to develop resources to support employee onboarding and engagement.

  • Create content to recruit for and support our intern program, veteran program, and other DE&I initiatives.

  • Support any virtual or in-person recruiting events for funded and upcoming Amentum programs, including swag giveaways, creating collateral, and promoting the event.

  • Provide excellent project management for all assigned projects and act as the point of contact for all recruitment marketing.

  • Track metrics, constantly evaluating success and revising plans as needed.

  • Stay on top of trends in the recruitment marketing space, and proactively offer recommendations, constantly identifying opportunities to do things better.

  • Advocate for the Amentum brand, assisting others with brand consistency, and ensuring core messaging is aligned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience working with a global team and executing projects across different geographical regions.

  • Customer service mindset with the drive to support our internal partners.

  • Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present concepts and results to all levels of the business.

  • Excellent project management, organization, and time-management skills

  • Self-starter who can drive strategy forward independently, execute quickly, and prioritize.

  • Creative thinker who can create initial content and ideas and bring them to our in-house Marketing and Communications team to approve/execute.

  • Adaptive to changes in project scope or direction with the ability to take constructive feedback.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and typically 12 years work experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, marketing, talent acquisition, human resources, corporate communications, or a related field.
