Job Title: Installer and Service Technician

Job Description

Performs the mechanical set up of equipment, and makes repairs as needed. Performs installations of syrup, CO2, and water lines. Installs drain lines if necessary. Checks the quality of all products, including checking syrup levels, changing out flavors, and cleaning around machines. Maintains inventory and the maintenance of equipment such as parts, tools, and the company vehicle. Reviews service orders and service performed with the supervisor. Keeps the supervisor informed of customer concerns, needs, and up-selling opportunities. Documents all work performed and closes out all activities upon completion. Ensures that the point of sale (POS) material is fresh. Clearly communicates with both customers and co-workers. Responsible for machine movement. Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bossier City, Louisiana.

Work Environment

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must be at least 21 years of age due to DOT requirements. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License. Ability to lift 55 lbs. or more on a regular basis, with occasional lifting in excess of 70 lbs. Ability to drive more than 40% of the time. Must have and wear steel-toed shoes.
