What you will do: Implement and supervise clinic-based physical exercise programs in our certified cardiac rehab and pulmonary rehab programs. Collaborate with the referring providers and multidisciplinary teams in providing optimal patient care through appropriate and timely methods of communication. Serve as a professional resource for Gundersen Boscobel and our community.
