Operator Job Summary

Position is responsible for plastic injection molded parts and various processing tasks.

Essential Tasks Performed

Ensure compliance to drawings for visual specifications

Effectively and efficiently operate molding machines to meet shift rate

Effectively communicate issues throughout shift to Supervisors/Quality Control

Perform gauging of products as required

Ensure cleanliness of work area, machines, and equipment to ensure safety

Assist throughout the plant where needed

Essential Competencies

Able to read and write

Ability to understand written and oral instruction

Skill in detailed-oriented work

Understanding of equipment operation

Physical Demands

Lifting - must be able to lift a maximum of 40lbs

Walking, standing, and bending to work injection molding machines and package parts

Manual dexterity and ability to perform manual tasks

Repetitive motions

Environmental breathing hazards
