Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in managing commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of project management experience and a proven track record of handling projects over $15 million in scope. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage projects until completion, deal effectively with subcontractors, and coordinate field staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.

• Oversee projects with a scope of over $15 million.

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors.

• Effectively manage and coordinate field staff.

• Process Requests for Information (RFI's) and Change Orders.

Essential Skills

• 15 years of project management experience in commercial construction.

• Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15 million in scope.

• Strong project management skills.

• Experience in construction management.

• Ability to deal effectively with subcontractors.

• Proficient in coordinating field staff.

• Experience in processing RFI's and Change Orders.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management is a plus.

This role requires working 5 days a week in the office or on-site. The company has a state-of-the-art office, which was newly established in 2023. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
