HR Specialist job details include: Schedule | 6:00am - 2:30pm Pay | $43 per hour Responsibilities: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, assist in implementing HR policies, and support talent acquisition efforts, including interviews and onboarding. Facilitate employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture, handle employee relations issues confidentially, and collaborate on special HR projects as needed.
