We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Part Time Office Manager in Bonita Springs, Florida. This role largely revolves around administrative tasks in our industry, requiring the incumbent to manage emails, oversee calendar schedules, coordinate meetings with clients and vendors, and handle other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office

• Handle and manage all email correspondence efficiently

• Responsible for managing and coordinating the office calendar

• Coordinate meetings with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth and efficient communication

• Respond to and manage inbound calls from clients and vendors

• Work with Microsoft Office software for various administrative tasks

• Ensure all client and vendor engagements are managed effectively and professionally

Requirements

• Experience in the wealth management industry

• Proven skills in calendar management, including scheduling and coordinating meetings

• Expertise in vendor management, including negotiation and maintaining relationships

• Proficiency in managing email correspondence and maintaining professional communication

• Ability to manage client engagements effectively and efficiently

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• High level of discretion and judgement in handling confidential information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
