Corcentric Fleet Sales Manager in Bonita Springs, Florida

We have a rare Sales Manager position available out of our Bonita Springs, FL office, and are offering you the opportunity to apply your impressive work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset towards creating your own sales enterprise, with unlimited income potential.

As a Fleet Sales Manager, you will join a driven, entrepreneurial team within an ambitious, global organization. We will provide you with necessary training and tools to enable you to master the industry and develop your own book of business. The trucking industry is massive, and the resale market is booming – these are in-demand, big-ticket purchases, with sizeable commissions, and limitless take-home potential. As a Fleet Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Making outbound sales calls to sell both remarketing services as well as the opportunity to purchase equipment from us to members, suppliers, and outside dealers

  • Handling inbound phone sales calls for the equipment you have found to purchase or remarket

  • Maximizing sales penetration with existing members through individual efforts along with collaborative efforts with the remarketing team, as well as cross-functional colleagues across Corcentric, AmeriQuest, and NationaLease organizations.

  • Actively soliciting all company programs to all members and prospects

  • Personally handling selected member accounts

  • Efficiently handling all paperwork involved in a sale

  • Fulfilling sales and margin objectives

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

  • A clear history of verifiable success and achievement

  • A proven, extraordinary work ethic

  • An attitude that is coachable and adaptable

  • Demonstrable ability to overcome obstacles and rejection

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills

  • Highly effective phone communication skills

(We want to make sure you’re set up to succeed, and we view these as the critical skills you’ll need to achieve great things at Corcentric!)

It’s great if you also have:

  • A successful background in equipment sales, or comparable tangible product sales or telemarketing experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or comparable discipline

  • Bilingual capabilities (English and Spanish)

  • Reporting and automation experience using MS Excel

  • Experience conducting Truck Purchase research on the internet

  • Experience with Microsoft Teams

Our roles require routine use of standard office equipment, such as computers, keyboards, printers, phones, and filing cabinets. You may need to type, reach, and lift office materials of a reasonable weight. Travel may also be required based on job responsibilities and business needs.
