Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk in Bonita Springs, Florida. This role primarily involves enrolling customers onto our specialized software and meticulously maintaining records of equipment. The position is an integral part of our sales team, providing back-end support, with no direct customer interaction required.

Responsibilities:

• Enroll customers onto our specialized software efficiently.

• Create and maintain detailed records of equipment, including make and model, using Microsoft Excel.

• Research and document maintenance schedules and supporting documents.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and accurate data entry.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain customer confidentiality and adhere to data privacy standards.

• Provide support to the sales team by managing customer data.

• Ensure data accuracy by routinely checking and cleaning the database.

• Assist in the development and implementation of customer enrollment strategies.

• Address any issues or discrepancies in customer data and resolve them promptly.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Demonstrated ability in data entry

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent typing skills with high accuracy

• Good organization and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information

• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
