\"Job#: 2057240\ Job Description:\ Location- Bolingbrook, IL (prefer local if possible; will consider remote)Duration- Long Term Contract; potential for conversionJob Title- Product OwnerNotes from manager regarding Job Description:We are creating a product team that is rolling out Service Now across the enterprise.? Our initial focus is to migrate our ITSM ticketing management system (Cherwell currently) to Service Now ITSM.? This will provide our Stores, Distribution Center, and Corporate Office to be able to log IT support tickets, have it routed to the appropriate teams for resolution, create tasks, etc.? So it\'s a workflow platform that we plan to add more automations over time.? But our initial focus will be to transition our current Cherwell ticketing system to Service Now.?Looking for a product owner who has Service Now experience and someone who has experience in the IT ticketing workflow would also be beneficial.Automation and workflow experience.May targeted deployment long term with he option to go permLocal preferred but open to remoteRetail experience is a plus5+ years of experience as a product ownerAgile, user stories, sprint planningPO on the team. Several business analysts from CognizantREQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATIONBachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required4+ years relevant work experience with at least 2+ years in a product owner role and experience operating in an agile (scrum) environment.Experience in a digital, eCommerce environment (API or data feed experience required) Experience with eCommerce APIs or data feeds & working with vendor partners.Experiencing using tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and SharePointExperience leading teams in an agile setting such as facilitating ceremonies, managing a backlog, developing a release plan, and writing user stories.Domain-specific expertise to support backlog development and blocker resolutionStrong collaborator with cross-functional teams across design, product, & technologyStrong communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex concepts, and align the organization on required decisionsStrong problem solver with the ability to manage and lead the team to a solutionExperimental mindset to drive innovation, empower others to fail, learn, and growEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
