Job Title: Welder and Fabricator
Job Description
We are seeking several skilled MIG welders to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This position requires previous experience in MIG welding, the ability to read blueprints, fabricate, use bandsaws, and work independently. The role involves welding and fabricating steel to create frames and components for extended truck beds.
Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on steel components.
Read and interpret blueprints for fabrication projects.
Use bandsaws and other fabrication machinery to cut and shape materials.
Work independently to produce high-quality welds and fabrications.
Assemble and fit parts to create truck bed frames and components.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in MIG welding.
Experience in fabrication and using bandsaws.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Basic fitting skills.
Strong math skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with TIG welding is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Good problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and quality.

Work Environment
Manufacturing facility with various work stations, fabrication machinery (including press brake and bandsaws), and welding stations where products are made. The position operates on a swing shift from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am, Monday to Friday.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Idaho.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
