We are seeking to hire a Urgent Care Clinical Operations Supervisor​ for our Medical Group!

In this role you would provide clinical leadership for the Primary Care Service Line including family practice, urgent care, pediatrics, and internal medicine clinics within the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) as directed by the SAMG Director of Nursing (DON). You would serve as a dotted line supervisor to provide clinical and regulatory oversight for SAMG RN Leads and Supervisors. You would also assist the SAMG DON in ensuring safe, competent and compassionate patient care is uniformly and consistently provided in all clinics.

About this position: As the Urgent Care Clinical Operations Supervisor you would provide nursing support for urgent care operations, standard of practice, quality, staffing and growth.

You would also manage the SAMG float pool with assistance from the Clinical Float Pool lead to include day to day operations, staffing, recruitment, corrective actions, growth opportunities, competencies, education and standard or practice.

M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

General Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of supervisory nursing experience preferably in a physician office setting.

  • Experience in nursing education and regulatory compliance desirable.

Education:

  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred at time or hire or agreement to obtain BSN within three years of hire into position

License/Certification:

  • Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.

  • All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 6 months of the hire date.

  • Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Saving (BLS) certification required.

  • Must possess a current unrestricted driver's license.
