Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage HR projects, focusing on global implementations on the Workday platform.

  • Drive project success by overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and post-implementation support.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables.

  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably with a focus on HR projects and global implementations.

  • Expertise in the Workday platform and familiarity with HR systems and processes.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Flexibility to work in the local Boise area and Central European Time Zone for specific releases involving the EMEA Workday environment.

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.

  • Experience with Kronos and/or Dayforce
