Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Sales:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in security services, including manned guarding, electronic security, risk management, and consultancy.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Prepare and present business proposals and tenders to potential clients.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in all US and Canada Accounts.

• Conduct meetings and presentations to promote security solutions.

• Address client concerns and ensure service satisfaction.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

• Develop pricing strategies and value propositions based on market demands.

• Provide insights for service improvements and expansion strategies.

• Attend Key Security conferences

• Participate in the CISO CAB’s

4. Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with operations, marketing, and service teams to deliver customized security solutions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking:

• Monitor sales performance, track progress, and report key metrics to senior management.

• Provide regular updates on market developments and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the security services industry.

• Strong understanding of security solutions, including physical security, cybersecurity, and integrated security systems.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with government contracts and corporate security clients.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the security industry.

• Strong networking abilities and industry contacts.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $113,100 to $185,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 60/40 - 70/30.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
