We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures. You will also install and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, and other components, while ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues efficiently and professionally

• Installing and repairing plumbing systems and fixtures

• Communicating clearly and courteously with customers about their systems and solutions

• Performing safety and performance tests for each system

• Completing detailed service reports after each job

• Maintaining accurate inventory levels on your service truck and ensuring all tools and materials are stocked and ready

• Collecting payments and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Adhering to safety regulations and company standards at all times

Job Requirements:

• Able to pass and maintain a clean background check and drug test

• Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license
