Job description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office

• Coordinate and plan office events and meetings

• Supervise and train office staff on policies, procedures, and best practices

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments with vendors and customers

• Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed

• Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments

• Manage relationships with vendors

• Ensure compliance with medical office management regulations and guidelines

• Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and external stakeholders

Skills:

• Strong event planning skills to organize office events and meetings

• Proficient in calendar management to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

• Knowledge of clerical duties such as filing, data entry, record keeping and Quickbooks management along with our bookkeeper

• Experience in vendor management

• Excellent communication skills to interact with techs, staff, customers and sub contractors
