Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join their team. As an IT Project Manager, you will be part of the IT department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, along with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 implementations , which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Boise, Idaho

Pay Range: $65/hr.

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects, with a focus on platform or application rollouts.

• Operate autonomously, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Manage complex cross-departmental projects, coordinating across multiple business functions.

• Effectively balance and prioritize the needs and expectations of various stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Utilize the waterfall project management methodology to deliver projects, while leveraging agile practices when appropriate.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of experience in IT project management (preferred).

• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.

• PMP certification is required.

• Strong understanding of the waterfall methodology; agile experience is a plus.

• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex projects.
